Front Desk Coordinator
Location: The Treatment Room – Oklahoma City, OK
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Reports To: Practice Manager / Owner
About the Role
At The Treatment Room, first impressions matter—and that’s where you come in. We’re
looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the
face of our practice and the heartbeat of our daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, loves creating an
exceptional experience, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere
- Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and handle booking
inquiries - Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with client communication
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Educate clients on services, skincare products, and post-treatment protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
- Support marketing efforts, membership programs, and product sales
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate daily flow to ensure the best possible client and staff experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (spa
or medical office preferred) - Polished, professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking software, payment systems, and general tech tools
- A calm, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for skincare, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Nurse Practitioner – Hormone Therapy & Aesthetic Wellness
Location: Oklahoma City, OK

About The Treatment Room:
At The Treatment Room, we bridge the gap between beauty and wellness—helping
clients achieve radiant skin, balanced hormones, and overall vitality. As a modern
medspa with a growing wellness division, we combine expert aesthetics with
personalized functional care. We’re seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to
lead our Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) services while collaborating across
the aesthetic team to deliver truly integrated care.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable discussing hormone panels
and fine lines—someone who sees the connection between how clients feel on the
inside and how they want to look on the outside. You’ll lead the development and
administration of hormone replacement therapy services, support whole-body wellness
initiatives, and work closely with our aesthetic providers to offer comprehensive
treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed wellness consultations with a focus on hormone optimization
Develop and manage individualized HRT protocols for both men and women - Provide ongoing patient monitoring, follow-up, and education
- Collaborate with the aesthetic team to align internal wellness with external
treatments (e.g., energy, skin health, weight) - Support or assist with injectable services or regenerative treatments (if
experienced/interested) - Contribute ideas and strategies to help expand our wellness and longevity
service offerings
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Oklahoma
- Previous experience in hormone therapy, functional medicine, or women’s/men’s
health preferred - Strong interest or background in medical aesthetics (injectables, skincare,
regenerative therapies) is a major plus - Excellent communication, bedside manner, and client-centered care philosophy

About the Role
The Treatment Room is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or
PA) with a passion for aesthetics and client care. As a Nurse Injector, you’ll play a key
role in helping clients look and feel their best by providing safe, personalized injectable
treatments in a supportive and collaborative medspa environment.
We are looking for someone who values precision, professionalism, and building long-
term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
and dermal fillers with exceptional technique and care - Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions, treatment expectations, and
skincare regimens - Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with medical
standards and HIPAA - Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and continuing education
- Collaborate with our team of providers and front desk to ensure a seamless client
experience - Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of OK
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Botox/Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, or other FDA-approved
injectables - Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Strong attention to detail, artistry, and client satisfaction
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
- Willingness to grow and adapt within a dynamic, client-focused practice
